The Emerging Market Fellowship is supported by various professors from the University of St.Gallen – some based in Switzerland, others directly in emerging markets. Find below their opinions about the Emerging Market Fellowship.

A partnership between students and Seedstars that makes a lot of sense, and a powerful combination of theoretical and practical insights.

Thomas Dyllick

Director of the Institute for Economy and Ecology/Responsible for Sustainability at the University of St.Gallen
This project has a lot of potential: - First, because it addresses a mind-set change through a front-line entrepreneurial experience in emerging economies. - Second, the fellows get "trained/prepared" before the front-line experience. - Third, the time in the Emerging Market (6 months) can provide a full immersion experience.

Angélica Rotondaro

Director HSG Hub São Paulo, Brazil
This is a great opportunity for students to get experience in informal markets, which also represents a valuable asset for a career in big international organizations.

Urs Jäger

Academic Director VIVA Trust / Associate Professor INCAE Business School, Costa Rica
A highly valuable program at the interface of entrepreneurship, sustainability and emerging markets.

Omid Aschari

Managing Director Master in Strategy & International Management (SIM-HSG)
